At Secret Shore Studio, we want you to cherish your jewelry as much as we do. If your purchase doesn't tell the story you hoped for, we are here to help.

1. The 14-Day Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Live Reveal & Blind Box Products

The allure of our Live Reveal and Blind Box experience lies in the element of surprise. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept the nature of randomness involved.

  • Policy: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the specific item received through a random draw.

  • Quality Assurance: Tara ensures that every item in our mystery selections meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Tara directly via WhatsApp. Please provide your Order Number and a brief description of the issue. We prefer personal communication to ensure we find the best solution for you.

4. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned to protect their unique nature:

  • Personalized/Custom Orders: Items with custom engravings or specific charm combinations.

  • Final Sale Items: Any items purchased during a clearance or "Final Sale" event.

6. Natural Variations

Please note that many of our pieces use natural elements (like pearls, shells, or wood). As in nature, no two pieces are identical. Slight variations in shape, color, or size are not defects, but the unique signature of your handcrafted treasure.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via WhatsApp. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
