1. Order Processing
All orders are handcrafted with care in our studio. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to prepare and package your treasures before they are dispatched.
2. Worldwide Shipping
We are proud to offer Complimentary Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $35 USD. For orders under $35, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States & Canada: 7-12 business days.

Europe & International: 10-15 business days. Note: These are estimates; international shipping can sometimes be affected by customs or local carrier delays.
4. Tracking Your Treasures
As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your shore.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Secret Shore Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
